One Deck Dungeon - Coming Soon to Your Pocket

No More Phoning It In!

One Deck Dungeon launched in May of 2018 and since then, we've sold more than 25,000 copies of the game across iOS, Android, and Steam. One of the most frequent questions we've heard in that time has been: "When can I play on my phone?!" We're thrilled to tell you that One Deck Dungeon is finally coming to smartphones in May, just in time for the 1 year anniversary! We'll be celebrating 1 year of dungeon crawling, dice rolling, and loot hunting with the launch of the phone version next month. Stay tuned for more info on the anniversary in the coming weeks.

Universal

Just like Sentinels of the Multiverse and Bottom of the 9th, One Deck Dungeon on mobile will be a Universal App. That means that if you already own it on your iPad, you'll be able to install it on your iPhone for no additional charge. The same goes for Android tablets and phones.

Developer Stream

Join us this Wednesday at 1 PM Eastern on Twitch for a live development stream to see what goes into redesigning a tablet app for smartphone screens!

Aeon’s End Mage Coming to One Deck Dungeon - 1001 Reasons You Should Be Excited!
about 7 years ago – Thu, Feb 07, 2019 at 08:50:49 PM

Our next game, Aeon’s End was successfully funded late last year, but unfortunately it didn’t raise quite enough to unlock the crossover stretch goal mentioned in update #39. However, thanks to pre-orders and add-ons since the campaign closed, we can now announce that the goal has been reached!

There are still more mages to find!
There are still more mages to find!

Mist, one of the Breach Mages who protects the city of Gravehold from the Nameless in Aeon’s End, has found herself in Mynerva! To read up on who she is, and a preview of how she might play in One Deck Dungeon, head over to update #39. We don’t have a delivery estimate for this new mage yet, but rest assured we’re not just phoning it in. We will have more info on this new FREE character, plus more news on the future of One Deck Dungeon in the coming months.

The other part of this crossover stretch goal is that Xae from One Deck Dungeon will be headed to Aeon’s End. If you’d like to see what that might look like, check out update #2 on the Aeon’s End Kickstarter. If you missed the campaign, and Aeon’s End seems like your cup of mead, it’s still available to pre-order until it goes into Steam Early Access later this year. Every pre-order helps us get closer to another new mage!

1001 Odysseys

The team over at Asmadi has a new game on Kickstarter right now: 1001 Odysseys.

Gather your weirdest friends (or journey on your own) and strap in for a whimsical science fiction adventure like no other. 1001 Odysseys is the feel-good, narrative-driven journey full of adorable space aliens we’ve always wanted to play. Unlock the map and choose your own path through Insula, a far-flung galaxy of curious aliens who can't wait to meet you. Choices made by players decide how the story unfolds. It is simplest to play with four enthusiastic players who can each take on one of the crew roles; however, it is very easy to share roles and let more people play or combine roles to allow for fewer players. With hundreds of choices to make, no two gameplay experiences will ever be the same!

If a space adventure with a great sense of humor and more cool aliens than you can shake a pan galactic gargle blaster at sounds like fun to you, check it out!

Let the Odysseys begin!

One Deck Dungeon Named Game of the Year, Plus Winter Sale Starts Now!
over 7 years ago – Thu, Dec 20, 2018 at 11:40:28 PM

You really love us!
You really love us!

Last week we were pleasantly surprised to learn that One Deck Dungeon had been named Game of the Year by Pixelated Cardboard! But even more, One Deck Dungeon was also voted Reader's Choice, and Handelabra Games was named Developer of the Year! We couldn't be more honored to receive this recognition and it's all because of you - if it weren't for your early support of the campaign, One Deck Dungeon may never have made the jump to digital. Thank you!

We know that most of you already have everything One Deck Dungeon related, but if you don't, or you have friends who you think would like the game, in honor of these awards, we've created the Game of the Year Bundle on Steam which will let you complete your collection at a bit of a discount.

And even better than that, our Winter Sale is now in full swing across all stores and platforms! Great deals on One Deck Dungeon, but also Bottom of the 9th and Sentinels of the Multiverse.

And finally, don't forget that Aeon's End is now available for pre-order. If you missed the Kickstarter campaign, you can still pledge your support via a pre-order. Stretch goals are still open throughout the pre-order period, and we're less than $1000 away from unlocking bonus content! The first goal even includes a new FREE character for One Deck Dungeon: Mist from Aeon's End.

From all of us at Handelabra Games - Thanks for an amazing 2018!

Aeon’s End Closes Tomorrow - Join us for the Party!
over 7 years ago – Mon, Dec 03, 2018 at 01:48:42 PM

We’ve been at PAX Unplugged all weekend, chatting with Sentinels fans, Aeon’s End fans, One Deck Dungeon fans and more! But even more exciting than that, on Saturday, Aeon’s End crossed our funding goal, and you’ve even helped unlock the first stretch goal. Thanks for all your support!

In this final day and a half, we still have the opportunity to unlock some stretch goals including new digital-exclusive promos, new crossover mages, and maybe even the first expansion: The Nameless! The campaign closes at 7:30 pm Tuesday evening during Handelabra Live. Join us at the usual time of 7 pm Eastern on Twitch where we’ll be counting down the last 30 minutes and popping the sparkling grape juice to celebrate a successful campaign.

Until then, please continue to spread the word on Facebook, Twitter, or wherever you have friends who might be interested in an innovative magical digital cooperative deckbuilder!
